Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Delivery is carried out by the Swedish and Danish Postal Service.
We´re are shipping to all countries in the EU as well as Norway, Switzerland, USA & Canada. Shipping costs will emerge clearly when ordering and from the invoice.

Normal time of delivery is 3-8 weekdays. If delivery for some reason is delayed you will always be notified about it via email. In case of sold out items you will be notified straight away and your payment will be refunded by Lux-Case International.

Returns:
Returns may be made within 14 days of products purchased at lux-case.com. You must return the items to the following address (at your own expense):

All items must be returned, unused in their original, unopened packaging. We suggest you return by insured mail for your protection. You should send the items responsibly packed - together with a copy of the receipt and kindly write on it that you want to use your right to withdraw and therefore wishes your money back. Items sent unstamped will not be accepted. In order to accept your return the item must be unused and in sealed condition - unbroken. If you use your right to regret your buy you will get your money (excl. shipping costs) back as soon as we´ve had the possibility to examine it. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Lux-Case International do not refund shipping charges.
